Restaurant Swing
This restaurant’s menu has exclusively French-Dutch dishes that can be ordered à la carte. There are croquettes of confit duck breast with spicy mustard mayonnaise, or pan-fried sea bass with a lime sauce, and organic beef burger with mushrooms, bacon and onion. As well as separate dishes, guests can choose from a special surprise menu, with or without accompanying selected drinks. And we’re not talking here about just any selected drinks, because restaurant Swing has an exclusive range of wines from the Chilean Bouchon wine merchant and pours only jenevers, liqueurs and brandies from Rutte & Zn. distillery.
