Museums
In Museum Rijswijk you can find everything about the history of Rijswijk and the artists who have lived and worked here. In The Hague, you can take a guided tour in one of the most photographed monuments in the city: The Peace Palace. The Haagse Mauritshuis exhibits world-famous works from Old Masters such as Rembrandt and Vermeer. Escher in Het Paleis is a permanent exhibition on the Lange Voorhout with more than 130 works from the Dutch graphic artist M.C. Escher. His famous prints, Tekenen and Dag en Nacht, are exhibited here. The only Delft pottery factory remaining from the seventeenth century is the Koninklijke Porceleyne Fles, with lots of Delft Blue in its accompanying museum.
