You can order à la carte or go for a surprise or regional menu. Here are a few of the types of dishes you can expect: beetroot carpaccio with blue cheese, Doesburg mustard soup, asparagus with spicy tartar of Galia melon and green apple sorbet, IJssel valley beef with pesto and bacon and a grilled tuna medallion with green ribbon pasta and a basil-paprika sauce.
