“If you are a dog owner, dont go to this place”
Since we travel with our dog, we got the s... iest rooms, somewhere between conferece room, celler and storage. The room was not clean, we had to ask for new Spreadsheets cause it was full with dog hair from the previous guest and on the so called balcony witch is under street level, was still dog poop lying.
Although they seem to have lots of this 'comfort rooms' we had next to our room an other guest with a barking dog-only seperated thru a thin door.
The whole 'wellness area' is anything but...sauna looks almost burned out, the wood is dark and dirty, stove looks very old and cheap, around the stove, they nailed or glued some hardplastic cover to protect the wood from the heat- the effect is that you are in a sauna( witch suppose to be good for your Health) and breath in lovely odors of melting plastic...under the benches its full of dust and things that dont belong there! The Swimmingpool is very small and icy cold. All together not a place to chill or enjoy. The staff at the desk tries to give an air of highclass and thats what it is- Lots of hot air; /
Pluses, yes! Excellent food, bit pricy and super motivated and really friendly staff there.
Would we ever come back? Nope.

We regret that your stay did not meet your expectations and we apologise for the fact that the room was not entirely clean upon your arrival. We have informed our housekeeping team to prevent this from happening again in the future. We have 4 rooms in our hotel which are suitable for dogs, they are all located next to each other on the ground floor.
Regarding your comment about our swimmingpool and sauna, we are currently investigating our options to renovate the pool area, should you consider staying with us again in the future, we would be happy to show you our new and improved wellness facilities.
