Beautiful location on river Semois
Hotel de la Poste – Hampshire Classic is located on the banks of river Semois in Bouillon, Belgium. The hotel has a rich history, which started in 1730 under the name “Grand Cerf”. In the eighteenth and nineteenth century, this was a well-known overnight stop for travellers travelling by stage-coach to and from England, Switzerland, the Netherlands and Paris. That’s why over the years the name changed to Hotel de la Poste.

To translate the latter dish loosely: pan-fried pigeon breast with confit pigeon legs, a polenta biscuit with Ardennes ham, spinach and oyster mushrooms and a raspberry sauce. As well as a brasserie the hotel also has an outstanding restaurant. The epicureans among you can enjoy extensive French-Belgian local specialities.
