The Head Chef at à la carte restaurant De Meinweg enjoys being inspired by all the beautiful produce that the Limburg land has to offer. There’s something different every season. That’s why the menu adjusts to the seasons and six times a year there is a different theme: spring, summer, autumn, winter, game and asparagus. There are a number of delicious wines on the wine menu. Of course, if you wish, you can receive advice about which wine best suits your meal. For an aperitif and a digestive you are welcome in the cosy bar.
