The kitchen of restaurant Green Meet*s has a European orientation with the occasional  Asian foray. Chef Emile prefers to use organic produce and regional products, like the many types of bean for which the north of the Netherlands was once famous. The fresh herbs which give your meal that extra flavour are all grown in the chef's own herb garden. All these lovely fresh products result in fantastic dishes on the menu.
