The result is a frequently changing menu with interesting dishes, such as veal pastrami with cucumber piccalilli, or haddock with a crispy maple syrup crust and malted barley with bay laurel gravy. Or what about a mousse of white chocolate and rosemary with raspberries and gingersnaps? There’s a lunch menu as well as the main menu. Johan Drenth often cooks on the basis of a theme. In September it’s “Mussels”, in October “Mushrooms” and in the summer months he serves patio specialities.
