Franchise/Licence Services
The licence formula offers the members support and knowledge on sales & marketing activities, distribution systems, internet marketing and competitive purchase agreements. These licence services are offered under the three brand names of Hampshire namely: ‘Hampshire Classic’, (4-star plus) for the top segment, the four star ‘Hampshire Hotel’ or the comfortable three star ‘Hampshire Inn’.
Development Services
A development contract from Hampshire Hospitality Consultants offers expertise to project development, (re)location and realisation of a hotel. A development contract is offered for a certain period or for specific projects, such as market research, feasibility researches, advice on lay-out and access, and assistance in the pre-opening period.
(Interim) Management Services
With a management contract, the service goes further than a licence agreement. Hampshire Hospitality & Leisure relieves the daily operational control. Under an interim General Manager, Hampshire Hospitality & Leisure takes over the daily control of the development and at their own expense and risk manages on behalf of the client, the hotel including amongst other things: the financial administration, sales & marketing, budgeting, staff management, food & beverage concepts, as well as the introduction of policies and procedures.
