Hampshire Hotel – Parkzicht Eindhoven is a charming three-star hotel in a peaceful residential area in Eindhoven. The building, with its view over the Stadswandelpark, was built in 1930 as a boarding house for unmarried Philips employees. The residence for 50 young women had a communal living-room and dining room, a lobby with seating, a reading room and a club-room. At that time residents paid 70 guilders a month for board and lodging. During the war the building was occupied by the German air force. After the war it was converted into a hotel.
