Restaurant Voncken

Visitors from all over the country praise the cuisine of this welcoming restaurant. Simply because they know what good cooking is here. How good is apparent from the guests who come here. None other than star chefs Margo Reuten from Da Vinci and Erik van Loo from Parkheuvel are regularly spotted here. The kitchen is the domain of chef Hans Pijls, who has more than 40 years of cooking experience. He cooks pure and with a great sense of French cooking history. The results are delicious, Burgundian dishes that also fit perfectly into the season. What about fried foie gras with black pudding and caramelized apple, followed by partridge with sauerkraut?
